UC Merced Student Alumni Association Scholarship

As the largest student group on campus, the UC Merced Student Alumni Association (SAA) strives to leave a legacy and prepare students for their future roles as alumni. SAA members aim to connect current students to alumni, cultivate a culture of philanthropy throughout the university and collaborate to foster the campus and community partnerships. This scholarship has been established to provide financial support to those student who have demonstrated involvement in extracurricular activities and a commitment to contributing a legacy to UC Merced either as a student or alum.

Eligibility Criteria: Must complete the Continuing Student Scholarship Application by March 2nd responding with what legacy you wish to contribute to UC Merced as a student or alum. Must share any experiences with community service, extracurricular activities or professional/ academic societies. Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher and demonstrate financial need. Must complete a FAFSA or Dream Act Application by March 2nd of award year. Must maintain full time enrollment for both fall and spring terms.
