Robert and Donna Evans Endowed Scholarship Fund

As respected educators in Merced, Robert and Donna Evans dedicated their time to inspiring students and helping to create educational pathways for the next generation of leaders. It is their hope that this scholarship will inspire, encourage, and support students to realize their dreams and reach their full potential.

Eligibility Criteria: Must complete the Continuing Student Scholarship Application by March 2nd as well as a FAFSA or Dream Act Application by March 2nd. Students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher. Preference will be given to an undergraduate with a Junior or Senior grade level who has a declared major in one of the following categories: history, political science, economics, or a medical education related fields of study including the Bachelor of Science to Medical Degree pathway. Preference for the scholarship will be given to first-generation students US citizens who have graduated from a public high school in California. In additional students must complete a personal statement that provides an explanation of your chosen field of study and what you hope to accomplish in this field. This is a one-time, one-year award and you must maintain full time enrollment for both fall and spring semesters.
