Osher Reentry Scholarship
The Bernard Osher Foundation was started in 1977 with a mission to improve quality of life through support for higher education and the arts. The Foundation provides post-secondary scholarship funding to colleges and universities across the nation, with special attention to CA Community College Transfer Students and Non-Traditional Reentry Students.
Eligibility Criteria; Student eligibility is automatically determined based on your UC Admissions Application. Awarded to newly matriculated non-traditional students who have experienced a gap in education of 5 years or more. Must have a minimum entry GPA of 3.00 and must demonstrate financial need. Must have a FAFSA or Dream Act Application completed by March 2nd of award year. Must maintain full time or part time enrollment.
Award is strictly to be used for tuition and mandatory fees and will not be awarded if already receiving a tuition and fee paying award.
