Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) Computing Scholarship

Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) Computing Scholarships demonstrates a commitment to academic and social engagement that helps build a workforce for a global community.

Eligibility Criteria: Students must have a declared major in Computer Science and Engineering in the School of Engineering with a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher. Preference will be given to U.S. citizens who are a first generation college students at a Sophomore, Junior or Senior class level. Students should have a demonstrated financial need and be meeting the UC Merced Satisfactory Academic Progress standards. Preference will be given to students who are registered in clubs or organizations on campus including but not limited to the following; SWE, SHPE, W-STEM, SIAM, National Society of Black Engineers, or other related professional organizations.
